Big Girl Carseat

Libby has actually had this same carseat since she outgrew her infant carseat at around 11 months old, but until last week she was still rear-facing. I'm happy that we were able to make it 27 months(!) rear-facing, but our sweet little girl was just getting too tall!

She looks SO grown-up facing forward like a "big kid" - where oh where has my baby gone? By the way, she LOVES the new view. She cannot stop commenting on all of the cars/firetrucks/etc. that she can see out the front now. We almost always turn left when leaving our subdivision and the other day we needed to turn right for the first time since Libby's seat was turned around. She immediately told me, "Mommy, you turned the wrong way!"

I can't believe you posted this - Meridian is now 23 months and Matt and I were just saying how we probably need to turn her around! Her little legs are all cramped and she's starting to complain about it. Oh well - like you guys, we made it a good long time! Hope Libby continues to enjoy the view!

Yeah, she loves it! No regrets about switching her around. Hope Richmond is treating you well!
